Agradecemos a la Dra. Carilú Pérez, Dra. Mariluz Franco y la estudiante Carla Díaz de la Universidad de Puerto Rico en Cayey por compartir con más de 250 participantes cómo su modelo de acompañamiento grupal, coaching profesional y mentoría entre pares ha contribuido a aumentar la retención estudiantil, fomentar la planificación académica y crear comunidades de apoyo que promueven el desarrollo integral de los estudiantes.
