Description of the topic: Generative text AI tools can help you with everything from brainstorming course ideas to creating outcomes and engaging content to assisting with assessing student learning. In this workshop, attendees will gain an understanding of how these tools can be utilized to design engaging and effective online courses. Utilizing an AI-assisted human-driven model, participants will be able to follow a structured AI prompting process for designing various aspects of an online course that maximizes output effectiveness and validity. The presenters will also share institutional context including how this model is being utilized at TCC Connect as part of its Peer Developed Course (PDC) Program.
