From February 9 to 13, 2026, students from the United States, and Latin America explored various Puerto Rico member institutions through academic and cultural experiences and engage in enriching presentations and workshops.

No registration fees were necessary to participate on this initiative. The costs to participate were the travel expenses, including the air ticket to Puerto Rico, lodging, meals, and rides not included on the Schedule. HETS provided ground transportation to all Institutions and event venues on the Schedule.
