From June 16 to 20, 2025, students from Puerto Rico, the United States, and Latin America will have the opportunity to explore various New York member institutions through academic experiences, engage in enriching presentations, and workshops.
There are no registration fees to participate on the Student Passport. The only expenses are the travel ones, depending on where you come from. See the estimated expenses below:
Airfare, Train, or Bus ticket:
Between $100 to $450 to the New York City (Airport, either JFK, La Guardia or Newark) from June 16 to 20, 2025.
$1,000 per one or two students per room per 4 nights, (group rate of $209 plus 14.75% taxes per single or double occupancy, one or 2 beds per night)
Meals:
$100 per student to cover the meals not included in the Schedule (see below). Almost every day includes breakfast and lunch.
Ground Transportation:
$75 per student to get from the airport to the Hotel and back. HETS will provide ground transportation to all institutions and events in the Program.
Additional expenses:
$50 per student for incidental expenses.
