HETS staff will reserve the rooms for all participants at the selected property, The Manhattan at Times Square Hotel, with comfortable accommodations at a group rate of $209 plus taxes for one or two beds.
For the students and staff staying at the Hotel, HETS will provide ground transportation to all Institutions and event venues on the Schedule.
The deadline to book your space was extended to May 21, 2025.
