From June 16 to 20, 2025, students from Puerto Rico, the United States, and Latin America were able to explore various New York member institutions through academic experiences and engage in enriching presentations and workshops.
No registration fees were necessary to participate on this initiative. The cost to participate were the travel expenses, including the air, train, or bus ticket to New York, lodging, meals, and rides not included on the Schedule. HETS coordinated to provide ground transportation to all Institutions and event venues on the Schedule.
