There are no registration fees to participate on this initiative. For the students coming from outside NY or NJ, the estimated costs to participate are the travel expenses, including the air, train, or bus ticket to New York, lodging, meals, and rides not included on the Schedule. For the students and staff staying at the Hotel, HETS will provide ground transportation to all Institutions and event venues on the Schedule.
The deadline to book your space was extended to May 21, 2025. All participants, including the staff and students from the hosts and co-hosts institutions in NY and NJ, need to book their space and select the date(s) available to attend and the dietary restrictions.
