The HETS Consortium celebrated its HETS Student Leadership Showcase for the second time on April 1
5, 2016. This time the event was hosted by John Jay College of Criminal Justice. This was an exclusive event for leaders at HETS member institutions student organizations in New York. The main purpose of this event was to promote free of charge access to student services online that can support their academic goals! Among these services they learned about information from scholarships, internships, job search, online tools and tips about careers. We will also shared with them topics about how to use technology to maximize their resources, and success stories of professionals. Moreover, we learned about students interests and needs to collaborate on exploring solutions to create additional support services.
