Sandra Mejia is the Internship Manager for the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses Fellows program at LaGuardia Community College. She has over 6 years of experience in developing and facilitating learning and professional development opportunities for students, employees, and leaders. Sandra received her Master of Arts in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Hofstra University. As an Industrial/Organizational Psychology practitioner, she utilizes her experience in employee learning and development to provide students with effective individual/group coaching, professional development consultations, and additional career readiness support throughout their time in the program.
