All courses are taught partially or completely online using Moodle. She has been also Instructor and mentor at the Center for Faculty Development and Educational Technology where she was in charge of training and mentoring faculty members about the design and teaching of online courses. In addition, Ballester has been serving as administrative and research experience at the university, and as President or member of various academic and institutional committees.
