Andrea Arriaga Camacho

Andrea Arriaga Camacho became a certified FOMENTO artisan and a member of Hecho en Puerto Rico at just ten years old, making her one of the youngest entrepreneurs on the island at the time. Although certified in saponified soaps and mosaics, Andrea has also taken courses in animation, caricature, painting, and other related fields throughout the years. By now, she has had nearly a decade of experience marketing products, interacting with customers, designing and improving packaging, and more. She has also begun her Bachelor of Business Administration degree and been a three-time Dean’s List and Honor Roll recipient.
Genesis Matos Morales

My name is Genesis Matos Morales, and I am an undergraduate student in Biomedical Sciences with a strong interest in research, innovation, and sustainability. I am a founder of Alga Sargaco, a project focused on transforming sargassum into sustainable health-related products such as gels and patches for skin care. I have research experience and have participated in scientific and innovation initiatives, including award-recognized projects. I am passionate about using science to create practical solutions that combine environmental responsibility with positive social impact.
