
This course is divided in three modules and will be offered in English and Spanish.

Module 1: Disability (March 17 to April 4)
Module 2: Accessible Design (April 14 to May 2)
Module 3: Universal Design (May 12 to May 30)
Description of the topic: An online course designed to introduce and empower educators and administrators to basic concepts related to disability, accessibility, and Universal Design for Learning (UDL). Participants are guided through a series of learning resources, activities, and discussions to understand how these concepts intersect with their disciplines and roles in education. They will also have the opportunity to apply the principles of accessible and universal design to their instructional practices.

Diverse accessibility needs can lead to recurring themes or principles that span different topics within this discipline.
