Luis Olivares is a seasoned consultant and researcher in emerging and business transformative areas, particularly Data Science, Operational Excellence and Design Thinking. Mr. Olivares holds extensive experience with over 25 years across 200+ manufacturing and service organizations. He has led operational excellence initiatives at Becton Dickinson, FEMA, Toyota, Bacardi, Microsoft, and more. As Director of the Corporate College & Apprenticeships Center at the joint venture of MiamiEdTech and Gosprout, he expanded Registered Apprenticeship Programs in Puerto Rico. A former Engineering Higher-Ed director, he excels in workforce development, grant writing, and higher education. He holds a Master’s in Management Systems Engineering and speaks at global industrial conferences, driving innovation, efficiency, and change management.
