Presenter: Joel Chévere Santos is an experienced researcher and consultant specializing in information systems and cooperative development in Puerto Rico. His research focuses on the intersection of technology adoption and organizational competitiveness, with particular emphasis on credit unions and cooperative institutions.
With a strong background in quantitative research methodologies, Chévere Santos has conducted extensive studies on how Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) impact organizational performance and member satisfaction in cooperative environments.
