With the new academic year, HETS is ready to present new projects targeted to our members and general public. New sessions of the completely online HETS Basic Certification: Integración de nuevas tecnologías en la Educación Superior will start August 27 and the deadline to submit articles for consideration to be published on the Fall Edition of the HETS Online Journal is September 14, 2012.
Our workshops will be validated with 12 contact hours, and at the end of the 4 workshops series, participants will get a total of 4.8 continuing education credits. These workshops will be offered in Moodle or Blackboard online platforms. During these workshops, each participant will have the personalized assistance of experts from some of our Member Institutions in respective topics. The scheduled dates for the HETS Basic Certification workshops (in Spanish) for this semester are:

As a result of the great acceptance of the online basic workshops, online Advanced Workshops will be also available starting January 2013! The purpose of the HETS Online Journal is to disseminate the research, findings, use and best practices in online education among those interested in this topic worldwide.
