The Opening Session of the Conference was celebrated face to face. This session took place on February 7, 2019 at the Ana G. Méndez University in Gurabo Puerto Rico at 12:00 pm. Previously registered participants (by invitation) and Board Members of the HETS Consortium traveling outside San Juan, PR can take advantage of a group rate negotiated with the InterContinental San Juan Hotel.
