Only the Opening Session of the Conference was face to face. This session took place on February 9, 2016 at the Inter-American University of Puerto Rico, in San Juan, PR. Previously registered participants (by invitation) and Board Members of the HETS Consortium traveling outside San Juan, PR took advantage of the group rate of $229 (per night, plus taxes) at the Caribe Hilton Hotel in San Juan.
