The Hispanic Educational Technology Services (HETS) Consortium is pleased to announce the publication of the Fall Issue of its peer-reviewed Online Journal (HOJ). This Journal, created in the year 2010, provides high-quality research articles covering online teaching, learning, and training topics for the academic community around the world.
“We are pleased to publish nine (9) new articles, seven (7) in English and two (2) in Spanish, and consistently continue providing this peer-reviewed publication focusing on showcasing innovative research, scientific papers, and best practices on topics related to online education with a globalized perspective,” said Eng. Gladys Nieves, Chair of the HETS Board of Directors and President of EDP University.

In this issue, the Journal showcases articles in English and Spanish, discussing topics such as: Perceived Online Teaching–Learning Environment as a Predictor of Student Satisfaction; Shaping Problem-Solvers: The Role of Diverse Methods in Advancing Mathematical Confidence; and Academic, Social, and Emotional Impacts of COVID-19 on University Students in Puerto Rico, among others.
HETS invites you to enjoy the articles in this issue and to share the Journal with colleagues, academics, students, and administrators involved in higher education. Likewise, HETS encourages all those interested in publishing their articles to take advantage of this opportunity to share their knowledge. The deadline to submit articles for our next Spring Issue Volume XVI is March 16, 2026.
Also, HETS welcomes our new Co-editor, Dr. Kenneth DiLorenzo, and new reviewers, Dr. Naydeen González-De Jesús and Rolando Méndez, and extends an invitation to those interested in collaborating as reviewers for this publication. ¡HETS anuncia la edición de otoño de su Online Journal!
El Consorcio Hispanic Educational Technology Services (HETS) se complace en anunciar la publicación de la edición de otoño de su revista arbitrada en línea, el HETS Online Journal (HOJ). Esta Revista, creada en el año 2010, proporciona artículos de investigación de alta calidad que cubren temas de enseñanza, aprendizaje y formación en línea para la comunidad académica de todo el mundo.
“Nos complace publicar nueve (9) nuevos artículos, siete (7) en inglés y dos (2) en español, y seguir ofreciendo de forma constante esta publicación arbitrada por pares centrada en mostrar investigaciones innovadoras, artículos científicos y mejores prácticas sobre temas relacionados a la educación en línea con una perspectiva globalizada”, comentó la Ing. Gladys Nieves, Presidenta de la Junta de Directores de HETS y Presidenta de EDP University.
