General description of the initiative or project

Online readiness tools usually consist of tutorial and test methodology. After researching multiple approaches, the EdTech Office took advantage of the tool all students will use, Blackboard. EdTech used Blackboard’s potential to create a tool to prepare students taking online classes. This tool was created to address different learning styles, assess, and ensure comprehension. EdTech will demonstrate the tool, and present initial findings gathered from student interactions with the tool.
