Dr. Pagan is professor, business consultant, author, and subject matter expert, and Web designer. She has taught graduate and undergraduate for many years in Puerto Rico, United States, and Dominican Republic. She has published and presented academic papers in many conferences in the United States, Spain, Great Britain, Dominican Republic, Colombia, and Puerto Rico. She is also recipient of the Massachuse;s Software Council’s Above and Beyond Award for her outstanding effort to enhance educatioon through technology. She also received the Stephen Coltrin Award for Excellence in Electronic Media Education from the International Radio and Television Society.
