Brenda Vélez Hernández is an Executive leader, Master Coach, and organizational-industrial psychology professional with over 20 years of experience. Her mission has been to promote the sustainable development of psychologically healthy workplaces. She is especially committed to educating, coaching, mentoring, and supervising leaders and students, looking for professional development and advancement by promoting organizational excellence and wellness practices.
Brenda has a doctorate and master’s degree in industrial organizational psychology. Also, she is a certified facilitator in LEGO© SERIOUS PLAY© methods. She works as an adjunct professor at two Universities in Puerto Rico for the Master’s and Doctorate programs in Industrial Organizational Psychology and Psychology, specializing in Consulting, Research, and Teaching.
