Dr. Annette Richie

Dr. Annette Richie serves as Director of Global Academic Programs at the University at Albany, State University of New York. Annette specializes in inclusive global learning and currently spearheads UAlbany’s COIL, Global Distinction, International Studies, and Peace Corps Prep initiatives. Annette is a “third culture kid” who researched and taught in medical anthropology, archaeology, and ethnohistory for two decades before finding her way to global career and curricular mapping. Annette holds a Ph.D. in Anthropology from the University at Albany
