This initiative is possible through the collaboration of HETS member institutions in Puerto Rico, which provide the facilities, meals, and ground transportation to all Institutions and events venues on the Schedule.

Confirm your boarding pass to this educational journey! Spaces are limited, reserve yours to ensure your spot at Book your space form below. There are no registration fees to participate on this initiative. The estimated costs to participate are the travel expenses, including the air ticket, lodging, meals, and rides not included on the Schedule. HETS will provide ground transportation to all Institutions and event venues on the Schedule.

HETS staff will make the hotel reservations for all participants coming from the US or Latin América. For your reference, see the Hotel information and rooms availability mentioned on the Schedule:

  1. From February 9th to the 10th at The Nest Hotel: Only single rooms are available.
  2. From February 10th to the 11th at The Tryp by Wyndham Hotel in Mayaguez: All participants will be sharing a two beds room since the space is limited. The Mayaguez Hotel will be sponsored by HETS, so is free of charge for all participants.
  3. From February 11th to the 13th or 14th at The Hilton Garden Inn San Juan Condado: Still have availability for single room and 2 beds double room. Please specify the room type for this property when you complete the form at the end of this webpage.
