Eric Belardo, Yarice Hidalgo and Loritza Grillasca, Raíces Cyber

Eric Belardo
President Eric Belardo is the Founder and Chairman of Raíces Cyber Org. Better known as “Cyber-Papa,” he is a U.S. Army Military Intelligence Veteran. Eric brings over 35 years of cybersecurity and online safety experience across many industry domains, including the Department of Defense and Financial markets. He has served in the role of CISO three times in his career. He is a native of Carolina, PR, and is dedicated to increasing the representation of Hispanics and Latinos in cybersecurity to empower economic mobility.


Loritza Grillasca

Yarice Hidalgo
Executive Director Yarice Hidalgo is the Executive Director of Raíces Cyber. She has used her communications skills and nonprofit expertise for more than 30 years to build stronger communities. Throughout her career, Yarice has advised Fortune 500 companies, government leaders, and nonprofits on how to build impactful programs to close the opportunity and salary gap for all. She was appointed as the new Executive Director to drive the organization’s mission to empower underrepresented communities in cybersecurity.
