Resumen

La ansiedad académica, un fenómeno ampliamente experimentado por estudiantes de educación a distancia, es potenciada por factores como la desconexión social, la autogestión del aprendizaje y la presión derivada de evaluaciones formales, en especial los exámenes supervisados. Este artículo profundiza en las causas de la ansiedad dentro del entorno de aprendizaje virtual, abordando cómo los desafíos tecnológicos y pedagógicos pueden impactar el bienestar estudiantil. Asimismo, se proponen estrategias innovadoras y prácticas para mitigar estos efectos, destacando la necesidad de acompañamiento académico personalizado, una reconfiguración de los métodos evaluativos y el uso de tecnología adaptativa, con el fin de construir espacios de aprendizaje más inclusivos y emocionalmente seguros.
