PPOHA Tittle V Project at Bayamo?n Central University, “Leveling the Playing Field: Access to Quality Post Baccalaureate Programs” has the objective of redesign 23 graduate courses to online courses that are research oriented. To ensure the quality of the courses, we chose to apply ADDIE model (Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation and Evaluation) to instructional design. In this paper we described the process to implement the ADDIE model. First, we contextualize the Project and describe the model of instructional design used. Second, we described the activities on each phase of the model. We emphasized on the various research techniques used on each phase. In the last section, we described some limitations and recommendations related to our project.
