Jessica has more than 20 years of experience in the online learning field. Jessica is the Quality Matters Coordinator and APPQMR Online & F2F Course Facilitator. Jessica holds Master in Educational Technology Leadership from Lamar University and currently is enrolled in the Doctor of Education in Curriculum & Instruction with a specialization in Educational Technology from at UTRGV.
