Ms. Deborah Harte, Ed.D.(c)
Borough of Manhattan Community College of the City University of New York (CUNY)

Deborah Harte is currently the Director of the Single Stop Office at the Borough of Manhattan Community College, where she has created a nationally renowned program model that helps students address and overcome barriers to their education. She has presented at local and national conferences on the impact of Single Stop. She has worked in the field of social work and human services for the past 30 years with an expertise in Social service delivery systems for diverse populations. Ms. Harte holds a Masters in Human Services from Lincoln University and is currently a doctoral candidate at St. John University.
