Prof. Francisco García

Francisco Garcia is the Director of the Center for Online Learning and Teaching Technology (COLTT) at The University of Texas Rio Grande Valley, with more than 20 years of experience in the educational technology field, Francisco leads a multidisciplinary team that assists faculty in designing and developing online and hybrid courses. Francisco has presented in different national and international conferences and has served in different committees at the state and national level developing best practices and guidelines for online instruction. Also, Francisco is a part-time faculty for the Masters in Educational Technology Online Program at UTRGV. Francisco holds Masters in Educational Technology from UT-Brownsville and currently is enrolled in the Doctor of Education program with a specialization in Educational Technology from UTRGV.
