During the second day, a special <strong><u><a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=wiqkUEE4QmI\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Track Winner\u2019s Panel<\/a> <\/u><\/strong>took place. On this occasion, it was moderated by Ren\u00e9 Sainz from the Inter American University of Puerto Rico, and HETS active<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright size-medium wp-image-8734\" src=\"https:\/\/hets.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/02\/DSC_7932-400x267.jpg\" alt=\"DSC_7932\" width=\"400\" height=\"267\" \/> collaborator. The panel was composed of: <strong>Assessment: Carlos Guevara<\/strong>, Hostos Community College, CUNY; <strong>Retention: Dr. Doris Vilma Rodr\u00edguez<\/strong>, EDP University and <strong>Access: Karla Gonz\u00e1lez<\/strong>, University of Puerto Rico, Rio Piedras Campus.
