The curriculum is designed to prepare the next generation of higher education leaders to support their institutions and transform their organizations to be more resilient, flexible, and relevant as they face an array of increasingly difficult challenges. The topics are:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1. Academic Technology:<\/strong>\u00a0<\/strong>This module focuses on the incorporation of instructional technologies for teaching and learning. Aspects of planning, research, and implementation will be discussed. Participants will get strategies to create a culture of adoption at their institutions. Topics of this course will include (1) Building an appropriate e-learning environment, (2)\u00a0Strategies and opportunities of Academic Technology, (3)\u00a0Supporting Academic & Technology for innovation, (4) Working with Stakeholders, and (5) Accessibility and\u00a0UD. This topic will be offered by: Mr. Francisco Garc\u00eda<\/a><\/strong>, Director of the Center for Online Learning and Teaching Technology (COLTT), The University of Texas Rio Grande Valley. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
