HETS Members<\/a><\/strong> registration fees: $599.00
Non-member<\/strong> registration fees: $649 (Includes one-year individual membership) or $799.00<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The fees include<\/strong> all materials and the continuing education certificate<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Invoicing<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

~ Invoices <\/strong>will be issued to participants upon their acceptance<\/strong> to the H-LTLA and will be sent via email to the participant<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

~ Invoices can also be sent to other individuals<\/strong> upon request (such as a supervisor at your Institution). If this is the case<\/strong>, please complete the form<\/strong> at the bottom with the information requested.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

~ Payment in full is due before the Academy\u2019s commencement. Payment plans<\/strong> will be available upon request to the HETS office via email to info@hets.org<\/a> or by calling (787) 616-3201. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

~ HETS will be announcing additional savings<\/strong> on early payments, group rates, and non-member individuals. Feel free to contact the HETS office via email at info@hets.org<\/a> or by calling (787) 616-3201 to explore other additional savings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
