This <strong>first edition <\/strong>of the H-LTLA will be an <strong>online program<\/strong> that enhances the skills and knowledge of professionals at mid-point in their careers as they contemplate future roles as college, university or school administrators in leading positions. The curriculum will be in <strong>English<\/strong> or <strong>Spanish <\/strong>and consists of:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Synchronous presentations <\/strong>of <strong>eight<\/strong> different <strong>topics<\/strong> (Academic Technology, Online Learning, Instructional\/ Curriculum Design, Teaching and Learning, Project Management, Accreditation, Professional Development, and Data for Digital Learning) designed to provide competencies to<strong> prepare professionals <\/strong>to <strong>support<\/strong> their institutions and <strong>transform<\/strong> their organizations to be more <strong>resilient<\/strong>, <strong>flexible<\/strong>, and <strong>relevant<\/strong> as they face an array of increasingly difficult challenges.<\/li><li>Opportunity to <strong>network with the participants<\/strong> selected working to promote and facilitate the adoption of teaching and learning technologies, and the <strong>program faculty<\/strong>, who will help fill the gaps in the participant\u2019s expertise and experience.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The&nbsp;<strong>competencies or skills<\/strong>&nbsp;expected to develop after completing the H-LTLA curriculum:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Team Building and work towards common goals.<\/li><li>Flexibility and capability to retrace and reorganize when necessary.<\/li><li>Decision Making with consideration and attention to people and context.<\/li><li>Budgetary and General management skills.<\/li><li>Inclusion and organizational culture building.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Eligibility<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Participants, drawn from all divisions of the institution, schools, or related organizations, will be selected each year for the Academy (limited spaces).
