This is a result of a successful Fall 2019 Issue publication together. This <strong>joint effort highlighted<\/strong> both organizations <strong>shared missions<\/strong> to facilitate the <strong>success of Hispanic students<\/strong> in <strong>higher education<\/strong>, particularly on this new academic scenario due to the Covid-19 pandemic.<\/p>\n<p>We invite you<strong>\u00a0<\/strong>to<strong>\u00a0download the <\/strong><a href=\"http:\/\/hets.org\/ejournal\/files\/2020\/05\/Call-for-Articles-and-Journal-Guidelines-Vol_XI_Fall_2020.pdf\"><strong>guidelines<\/strong><\/a><strong> to submit your article<\/strong> for this <strong>Fall Issue<\/strong> is <strong>on or before September 25, 2020.<\/strong>\u00a0Your submission should be an\u00a0<strong>original work either in English or Spanish<\/strong>. Just send it to the HETS office via e-mail to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:info@hets.org\"><strong>info@hets.org<\/strong><\/a>. The HETS Online Journal is included in\u00a0<strong>EBSCO Publishing\u2019s databases,<\/strong> and its mail goal of is share best practices and the\u00a0latest information in higher education and showcase the exciting work being done by our colleagues.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>This time, this special collaboration welcome <strong>Dr. Marcela G. Cuellar<\/strong> from the University of California, Davis, who will\u00a0<strong>represent HACU<\/strong> as <strong>invited editor<\/strong>. Dr. Cuellar will work with\u00a0the <strong>Editor in <\/strong>Chief<strong>, Pamela Vargas<\/strong>, and members of<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright wp-image-277 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/hets.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/10\/AFlores_Color101207-web-.jpg\" alt=\"Dr. Antonio R. Flores, HACU President &amp; CEO\" width=\"180\" height=\"225\" \/><\/p>\n<p>the Editorial Board: <strong>Dr. Ana Milena Lucumi, Mr. Sunil Gupta, Dr. Manuel Correa, Dr. Carlos Morales, Mr. Carlos Guevara, Dr. Juan \u201cTito\u201d Mel\u00e9ndez, Prof. Pura Centeno.<\/strong> These members accepted the challenge of reviewing and select the articles among the many impressive submissions received.<\/p>\n<p>We<strong> invite<\/strong> <strong>new reviewers to join this effort. <\/strong>To be considered to <strong>serve as a reviewer<\/strong>, please <strong>submit a letter of recommendation<\/strong> from your dean or vice president, along with a copy of <strong>your curriculum vitae<\/strong> to\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:info@hets.org\">info@hets.org<\/a>\u00a0by <strong>August 31, 2020<\/strong>. Subject <strong>matter experts<\/strong> from <strong>both organizations<\/strong> are encouraged to apply to become reviewers for this edition of the Journal.
