Roberto Rivera an Instructional Designer at the University of Texas Rio Grande Valley (UTRGV) where he assists faculty to design and develop online and hybrid courses that meet quality assurance and accessibility standards. He has been involved with Quality Matters since 2015 facilitating the APPQMR workshop face-to-face and in the online environment.
