Quinton Taylor is the Chief Public Affairs Officer at the Louisiana Community and Technical College System. Quinton is a communications strategist who excels at creating and implementing traditional and non-traditional outreach, engagement, advocacy, and awareness campaigns in large complex organizations. Currently leading the development of the system’s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Taskforce. Once fully established, the Taskforce will bring actionable recommendations to the Board for consideration and implementation. Quinton holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Public Relations & Advertising from Bethune-Cookman University and a Master of Public Administration from Louisiana State University.
