Mrs. Frances Garcia is the Instructional Designer for the Title V PPOHA Graduate Grant at Albizu University- Miami Campus. Mrs. Garcia has over 15 years of experience in higher education. She is a professional in instructional design methods, learning management system administration, video, and web content creation for Canvas, Blackboard, and Moodle LMS. Adept at aiding faculty in the design and development of undergraduate and graduate distance learning courses. She is Quality Matters certified. Mrs. Garcia has a Master’s in Business Administration.
