José Miño Lara has been with Southeast Missouri State University since 2018 and currently serves as an Online Programs Specialist. He loves the collaboration taking place at the University and enjoys working with students on generating solutions for their academic success. José earned his Clinical Psychology degree from the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Ecuador and his Master of Science degree in Training and Performance Improvement from Northern Michigan University. As a continuous learner, he welcomes opportunities for growth and development in all aspects of life.
