Improving Success and Retention in Post Secondary Online programs

Sailor, Assistant Director of the Center for Online Learning, Teaching & Technology at the University of Texas-Pan American. As an educator with over 30-years of experience, he has been developing and teaching online courses for the last 15 years. Mr. Sailor holds a Bachelor of Science from Michigan State University and a Master of Education from the University of Phoenix.
