| Claudia Vela is an instructional designer at the Center for Online Learning and Teaching Technology at The University of Texas Rio Grande Valley (UTRGV) with a background in linguistics and higher education administration. She was a faculty member at Tec de Monterrey for 16 years where she taught blended and hybrid courses. She now facilitates instructional technology integration into face-to-face and online courses and has been involved with Quality Matters since 2018 as face-to-face and online facilitator and peer reviewer. |
