| Fletcher Technical Community College embraced innovative virtual theory and clinical to meet the needs of Licensed Practice Nurses (LPNs) seeking educational advancement (RN) while continuing to serve in the workforce during a national pandemic. Virtual platform allowed working LPNs to continue studies while tuition remained cost effective. This program currently serves over 50% minorities in an institution that overall has 46% minority students. |
