{"id":962,"date":"2016-06-07T14:44:12","date_gmt":"2016-06-07T14:44:12","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/hets.org\/ejournal\/?p=962"},"modified":"2016-06-14T16:06:46","modified_gmt":"2016-06-14T16:06:46","slug":"linda-ridley","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/hets.org\/ejournal\/linda-ridley\/","title":{"rendered":"Prof. Linda Ridley"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>Linda <a href=\"http:\/\/hets.org\/ejournal\/files\/2016\/06\/Linda-Ridley.jpg\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-970\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft size-thumbnail wp-image-970\" src=\"http:\/\/hets.org\/ejournal\/files\/2016\/06\/Linda-Ridley-150x150.jpg\" alt=\"Linda Ridley\" width=\"150\" height=\"150\" \/><\/a>Ridley<\/strong> is a Lecturer at CUNY\u2019s Hostos Community College, where she teaches <em>Entrepreneurship<\/em>, <em>Principles of Management, Principles of Marketing, <\/em>and<em> Introduction to Business.\u00a0 <\/em>Additionally, she is an Adjunct Professor at other CUNY schools \u2013 the School of Professional Studies in the M.S. program for Business Management and Leadership, where she teaches <em>Organizational Behavior and Leadership<\/em>, and <em>Managing Diversity in a Global Economy<\/em>; and Baruch College\u2019s Zicklin School of Business, where she teaches <em>Business Communications I and II<\/em>. As a complement to her teaching, Linda is CEO of Edgar J. Ridley &amp; Associates, Inc., an international management consulting firm specializing in change management.\u00a0 Linda has been designated an Expert Consultant by the Asian Productivity Organization (APO) out of Tokyo, Japan, and she services global clients, conducting workshops and training seminars in workplace effectiveness. Linda has conducted training for women entrepreneurs from companies and organizations throughout Southeast Asia. Linda has the additional prestige of being on the faculty of the American Management Association, where her portfolio includes corporate training in analytical topics such as <em>Critical Thinking,<\/em> <em>High-Impact Decision Making, <\/em>and<em> High Performance Accountability<\/em>.
