At Queensborough Community College, he has chaired the faculty senate\u2019s Committee on eLearning. He currently mentors faculty who are new to teaching online. Dr. Volchok has published on the use of collaborative teamwork in online classrooms. In 2012, she became Research Presenter at the <em>Decisions Science Institute <\/em>Annual Meeting in San Francisco, CA. Saldana works as management and leadership facilitator at the Ana G. M\u00e9ndez University System and as private consultant for diverse academic and business initiatives.<\/p>\n<p>Saldana has a BA in Communications from the University of the Sacred Heart and a MBA from the University of Phoenix. She is completing a Doctoral Degree of Management in Organizational Leadership from the University of Phoenix-School of Advanced Studies. She belongs to the National Society of Hispanic MBAs, the International Society for Pharmaceutical Engineering, and the University of Phoenix Alumni Association, among others. Saldana is a mentor for graduate students at the University of Phoenix.
