In the same year he completed a Certified Trainer of the Logos International Leadership Program, and a Certification in Educational Leadership at the same institution. In 2018, he completed a Bachelor Theological Studies, Leadership &amp; Organization at the same university, and Leadership Certificate from Training Institute of Precept International Ministry in 2019. He is currently attending a MS Student in Leadership Education of Keiser University. In terms of work and professional career he has 35 years of experience in educational science studies in the areas of biology, coaching, theology, and leadership, at different levels of adult education, as a teacher in high school, college, and several spiritual growth groups. He has comprehensive work experience in research, training, and evaluation of leadership development and community development programs in Colombia.
