He teaches face-to-face and blended courses in the Department of Biology, and coordinates Anatomy and Physiology, an Allied Health professions gateway course. Carlos has been following the Open Educational Resources movement for a while, and has published an OER Anatomy and Physiology Preparatory textbook (<a href=\"https:\/\/academicworks.cuny.edu\/bx_oers\/1\/\">https:\/\/academicworks.cuny.edu\/bx_oers\/1\/<\/a>).
